The best vegan pho in Dallas area. I ordered tofu pho, spicy tofu, spicy edamame with spring rolls. The broth was flavorful and perfect to my liking. Vegan Tofu Pho is my favorite comfort food and this place serves it the best. Note that the broth doesnt seem like mushroom based.
